Review-
Vampire Protector is an excellent paranormal romance by Amy Corwin. It is refreshingly original for a paranormal romance involving vampires. The plot was very interesting and there were a few sudden plot twists, which were extremely unexpected. The characters were very intriguing, and it is hard not to like the main characters, despite that they both have moments where they are quite annoying. The relationship between the two of them are portrayed well. Vampire Protector doesn't make one of the most common mistakes that are made in paranormal romance novels. The mistake is that relationships in paranormal romance novels can feel rather rushed, kind of like they have been together a lot longer than they actually have been, but in Vampire Protector the relationship doesn't feel too sudden, as the main characters don't immediately trust each other. Vampire Protector is without a doubt one of the best paranormal romance novels of 2010, as it has all the makings of a great book, it has an original plot, interesting characters, and a well developed relationship between the main characters. Paranormal romance fans, who are looking for a paranormal romance novel that isn't generic should definitely read Vampire Protector.
